DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- At present, we are only shipping orders within New Zealand. We hope to be able to ship internationally soon - we are working hard to find an economical way to do this.
- Please sign up at the bottom of this page so we can let you know when our overseas shipping is available.
COST OF SHIPPING
- We do our best to keep the cost of shipping competitive with other NZ based online stores.
- All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours via COURIERPOST Overnight tracked shipping. Costs are as follows:
- Non-rural - $6.90
- Non-rural pizza box (for 12 x 12 items) - $12.50
- Rural standard - $10.50
- Rural pizza box (for 12 x 12 items) - $13.50
- WE NOW OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150!
July 2023: Please note - these charges are LESS than what we pay to NZ POST for shipping and we are subsidizing these prices.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP & ARRIVE?
- All orders placed Monday - Thursday will be sent in the mail within 24 hours. All orders ship from Blenheim, NZ.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday at the latest.
- COURIER POST tracked shipping targets a 1-2 day delivery for non-rural addresses and a 2-3 day delivery for rural addresses.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
- You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain a link to track your package online.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
- Once parcels are delivered to your address by CourierPost they are no longer our responsibility. If you would like us to ship to a CourierPost depot where you can collect your order in your own time - please let us know.
